1. Retainer Refunds

Retainer payments made for system design briefs, pipelines, or consultation services can be canceled with a full refund up to 24 hours after purchase.

2. Transaction Execution Failures

If a billing system initiates duplicate charges, or if a computational architecture project fails onboarding due to server-side constraints, you are fully eligible for an automated reversal.
